Outlook Smart Filer makes use of the latest Microsoft ".net" components which can take some time to install. If you are having difficulty installing, then you may wish to try this alternative approach which allows you to carry out the install in a series of steps.

With this approach, start by clicking on Step 1 below.

On successfully completion you will get a prompt for step 2 and then in turn step 3. If any step has already been completed then this approach will automatically skip on to the next step. If any step fails, then please reboot your machine and try the step again.

Note: If you get an option to "repair" on any step please select this option.
